Best amp for solo performers
"I perform twice a week and I have been researching for years a portable speaker, battery powered with Bluetooth, effects and decent sound quality. Have tried the Samson and the Behringer which have great sound quality but they don’t have reverb. Then I tried the Roland Cube 1 but the sound quality was not as good so I returned it. My friends all use the Bose s1 but I can’t afford it so I bought a cheap Chinese Cool Music mini which had everything I needed except the quality of sound. Then this new Cube 2 appeared and I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did…the sound quality is much better than the Cube 1 and the harmony and the looper and the guitar modeling make this little speaker the ultimate tool for a solo performer! The only thing I don’t understand is why the Chinese can squeeze Bluetooth and a USB rechargeable battery in a $120 tiny amp and the Japanese can’t do the same in a bigger and more expensive amp???"
Can't adjust volume on looper
"It works great; only problem is that you can't adjust the volume on the looper, just the overall volume so you can't record a backing loop live, you'll need a looper pedal."
